Last updated June 13, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Tracker Agreement, referred to as the “Agreement,” governs your installation, access, and use of the Internset Task Tracker, referred to as the “Tracker.”
Welcome to Internset, operated by Internset Private Limited, referred to as “Internset,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” a company duly registered and located in Mumbai, India. The Tracker is a software tool provided by Internset for use in connection with Internset virtual internships, training programs, skill-based tasks, assessments, verification activities, and related platform services.
By clicking “Agree & Install,” installing the Tracker, signing in to the Tracker, or using the Tracker during an active tracking session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
This Agreement applies specifically to the Tracker and should be read together with our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and any other applicable Internset terms, policies, or program requirements.
2. PURPOSE OF THE TRACKER
The Tracker is used to support trust, transparency, participation verification, task progress review, activity evidence, quality control, and program integrity during Internset virtual internships and related activities.
The Tracker helps Internset, participating enterprises, mentors, reviewers, and authorized program administrators verify that assigned tasks are being performed by the authorized participant and that internship, training, assessment, or task activity is being completed in accordance with applicable program requirements.
The Tracker is intended to provide reliable activity evidence for virtual participation. It is not intended to be used for unrelated surveillance outside Internset programs or outside active tracking sessions.
3. WHEN TRACKING OCCURS
The Tracker collects information only when a tracking session is active.
The Tracker is designed to show its status so you can understand whether tracking is active, paused, stopped, or signed out. Pausing, stopping, signing out, or revoking access will stop tracking according to the available controls provided within the Tracker.
Internset does not intend for the Tracker to collect activity outside an active tracking session.
You are responsible for ensuring that you understand when a tracking session is active and for managing what is visible on your screen during that time.
4. INFORMATION THE TRACKER MAY COLLECT
During an active tracking session, the Tracker may collect, process, store, or upload information related to your internship, task, training, assessment, or platform activity.
This information may include:
Screenshots or screen activity evidence
Session start time, end time, duration, and timestamps
Task activity status and progress signals
Device and operating system information
Application status and Tracker health information
Upload status, upload logs, and technical metadata
Account, session, and device authorization details
Active browser tab title and URL in supported browsers, where browser automation permissions are granted.
Information required to verify participation, task completion, compliance, or program integrity
The exact information collected may depend on the version of the Tracker, the program requirements, the device operating system, and the features enabled for your internship, task, assessment, or tracking session.
5. INFORMATION THE TRACKER IS NOT INTENDED TO COLLECT
The Tracker is not intended to collect personal information unrelated to Internset tasks or active tracking sessions.
Unless separately disclosed or required for a specific feature, the Tracker is not intended to collect:
Passwords
Private files stored on your device
Browser-saved passwords
Keystrokes
Personal messages
Audio recordings
Camera recordings
Biometric data
You should avoid opening private, sensitive, confidential, or unrelated personal information on your screen while a tracking session is active.
If such information appears on your screen during an active tracking session, it may be incidentally captured in screenshots or activity evidence. You are responsible for managing what is visible on your screen while tracking is active.
6. SCREENSHOT PREVIEW AND UPLOAD
Where supported, the Tracker may allow you to preview locally stored screenshots before they are uploaded.
Screenshots or activity evidence may be uploaded to Internset systems for review, verification, reporting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit, security, compliance, or program integrity purposes.
If a screenshot captures personal or unrelated content because it was visible during an active tracking session, it may still be processed as part of the session evidence.
You should pause or stop tracking before accessing personal, sensitive, confidential, or unrelated content.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the Tracker only on a computer, device, and account that you are authorized to use.
You agree not to:
Use another person’s account or device without authorization
Misrepresent your identity or activity
Tamper with, disable, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Tracker
Manipulate screenshots, activity evidence, logs, session data, or technical records
Use the Tracker for unauthorized, unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
Attempt to falsify internship participation, task completion, assessment activity, or activity records
Internset may treat attempted tampering, misuse, impersonation, falsification, or interference with the Tracker as a serious violation of this Agreement and any applicable program rules.
Such conduct may result in account restrictions, disqualification from a program, rejection of submitted work, revocation of access, reporting to relevant program administrators, or other action permitted under applicable Internset terms.
8. DEVICE AUTHORIZATION AND REVOCATION
The Tracker may require device authorization, sign-in, or session validation before use.
You may sign out of the Tracker where the product allows it. Internset may also revoke a device’s access remotely where necessary for security, compliance, program integrity, account protection, operational reasons, or suspected misuse.
Revoking access may stop tracking and remove the active session or device authorization from the device.
You should not attempt to use the Tracker on a device that you are not authorized to use or in a manner that violates the rights, privacy, or security of any other person.
9. HOW TRACKER DATA IS USED
Internset may use Tracker data for purposes including:
