Copyright Policy

Effective September 15, 2022

At Internset, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines the process for reporting claims of copyright infringement and trademark infringement on the Internset platform.

1. REPORTING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Internset is a platform based on User Generated Content (UGC). While we do not actively check user-uploaded content for copyright violations, we take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that any content on the Internset platform violates your copyright or related exclusive rights, please follow the process below:

Copyright Infringement Notice ("Notice")

To facilitate a prompt and effective review of your report, your Notice should include the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the specific content that you claim is infringing on your copyright.

  • Documentation of your copyright ownership, such as copyright certificate(s)/designation(s) and the type (e.g., registered or unregistered).

  • Proof of your ownership, including the registration number or a copy of the registration certificate.

  • A clear and concise description of how our user(s) allegedly infringe(s) your copyright(s).

  • Specific reference to the materials you allege are infringing and the requested action (e.g., removal or disabling), providing URLs or other identifying information.

  • Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number.

  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If sufficient evidence of infringement is provided, we may remove or disable the reported content. If the allegedly infringing user provides a valid counter-notification asserting the right to use the material, we may notify you and take appropriate actions in accordance with applicable law.

Counter-Notification Procedures:

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification (a "Counter-Notice") with Internset by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent.

The Counter-Notice should include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its previous location.

  • Adequate information to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Copyright Infringement Notice.
